Advantages: A good clear out leaves room for more

Disadvantages: Hidden item I don't believe I ever bought.

I am almost afraid to look deep down in my makeup bag. I have to admit to neglecting quite a lot, unless I am looking for something in particular.

So, for the purpose of this review, I tipped the whole lot out on the table. Prepare to be shocked!

2 lipsticks without lids. I have no idea where they went.

8 lipsticks with lids, six of which are in horrendous colours.

Three completely dried up macara tubes.

I Revlon mascara in dark brown that still works.

Five lidless eyeshadows of the powder type. Contents of these are i the bottom of the bag.

Five tubes of foundation cream; three of which are too dark for my skin.

Nail varnish is an assortment colours, most of which I wouldn't be sen dead in.

Cotton wool balls in pink and white. All quite disgusting and obviously a health hazard. Three tissues in the same condition and an assortment of brushes.

After sorting out the 'hazardous to health' bits and pieces and washing the bag, I have ended up with the bare minimum of makeup.

When we get to a certain age we all need certainmakeup items. I am sure you will all agree, girls. So, I'm going on a makeup buying spree tomorrow to complete my collection again. I'm just so grateful that I decided to write this review, or I would never have known just how much new makeup I needed.

Summary: Great way to revamp your makeup bag. Go on, go there, I dare you.
