Disadvantages: To much work to less paid
Work, work and more work thats all I seem to do nowadays I have two jobs because I have a mortgage to pay because my day job doesnt pay enough.
Don't get me wrong I do have a good daytime job but I'm just not paid enough. I work 60 hours per week its was 65 but I dropped a shift at my part time job.
I think we do work to many hours a week and not enough time to share with friends and family. Life is just to short to sit behind a desk all day pen pushing and its not exactly rewarding neither.
Fair enough I get paid for my work but I wish I could quit my night time job to spend more time relaxing or even doing some charity work.
I do think there should be some sort of limit to what you can work weekly and companies should reward there staff more to show more appreciation would go very far in my book.
I also think the national minimum wage is a load of rubbish this should meet the ever increasing inflation not by pence but by pounds. The system needs a good looking at.
Summary: To much work to less paid
