This is the first chapter of a story I've been writing and any comments would be truly welcome. It's the first I've really tried to write that isn't fan-fic, and although friends tell me that it's ok friends judgements are rarely unbiased! So yeah, here goes. Okay, I know this is really cheesy but I wrote it quite a while ago and I remember that I was trying to write something resembling a John Woo style but it came out all wrong. But comments are appreciated even if they are bad. 1. EXT ROAD - (LOS ANGELES) - AFTERNOON A Birds eye view reveals two cars on a main highway. One seems be chasing the other in a game of cat and mouse. The two cars are dodging through other vehicles at high speeds. A loud roar sounds as a car rushes around the corner just missing TWO PAEDESTRIANS as they cross the street. The TWO PAEDESTRIANS quickly rush to the sidewalk on the other as the chasing vehicle swerves ...

this might be a bit of a laugh. I want to try and train my writing skills by writing a short story, as i have never really tried this before (check my humourous attempt "what annoys me? find out!" for the only other, although it is based on fact.) Unfortunatly due to todays tv based culture my mind is blank, and so i am asking my friends here at dooyoo for help. I propose to write a short story with your help, which i will post when done for those who helped to read. I want you to help by giving me one word. One word that i then have to include in the story. This can be anything from a character name to a colour to a crazy word that your trying to ...
