Bosch SGS45C08GB ... have had this dishwasher for a couple of months now. Our old one broke which was also a bosch dishwasher but we had had it for years and is a very reliable make. There are different settings which include a quick wash. It takes approx 30mins to compete this cycle and as long as there is no food purnt onto the pan on on a baking tray then this gets the dishes perfectly clean. There is a normal setting which takes a lot longer and will really get those tough stains off but is not worth it unless the stains are really bad. The best tablets to put in the dishwasher is those finish all in one. We have tried some other brands but they seemed to leave residue on the plate... Hotpoint-Ariston FDD912P ... is a fantastic dishwasher! Only purchased about 2 weeks ago, but this is so much better than any other dishwasher I have owned! It is extremely easy and versatile on loading, and came with detachable baby bottle racks, which although I don t need, I thought was a nice touch. It also has a baby bottle washing programme, again, a nice touch. The operation of this machine is extremely easy, a push button illuminated menu and a single start/pause button make it very easy to use. The display has a countdown timer on also, to let you see how long is left on the cycle. The main feature of this machine is just how quiet it is in normal operating mode! Even whilst fillin... Whirlpool ADP8800 ... worst dishwasher i have ever owned! We bought this on the 5th August, it went wrong on the 6th Sept fault code F3 which is the heater, this was changed, on the 20th October the same fault occurred, apparently the engineer had been on a course and knew about the problem which is caused by using top of the range dishwasher powders and suggested we use value range? So we did this. On the 13th November we had a different fault, this time the machine which had actually only had 2 weeks use due to waiting for parts to arrive from Italy had scaled up - the engineer said this was a faulty motherboard not telling the machine to release salt.
