Had this machine for about 4 months now and so far well pleased. It's fairly easy to install overall but you need to read the instruction manual which you can also find on Baumatic's website and is clearer to read there. Over the last 6 weeks we have had Baumatic out every week to repair this product. It continues to show an E3 error and they have changed a lot of parts. As a resolution they have offered a replacement on the proviso we pay £120 for it. To me it beggars belief that they can produce a clearly faulty device and then want to charge us extra on top of the £90 per visit maintenance charge and the extraordinarily long waiting times. BTW this is the current spate of breakdowns, earlier in the devices life it would breakdown at least 3 other times and Baumatic were so busy it would take them 2-3 weeks to turn up for repair. We have currently embarrassed them into arriving within 1 week. DO NOT BUY BAUMATIC anything, my kitchen is full of it and it is a constant battle for repair.
