Disadvantages: dreadful after service care

I have recently bought a bdw15 dishwasher. Within two months, we experienced a "E4" error, ie the drain pump would not stop. Bad as it was to have problems so quickly after purchase, our experience was compounded by dreadful after sales service from the local baumatic office. As I write, we await even a return call from the service engineer! For those who think a call to Baumatic HQ would assist - forget it, they have a tendency to mysteriously drop calls! Must avoid is my advice.
