Although this is made by a good company, this model is clearly a blip in their otherwise good service. The internal layout is poor - large pans do not fit into the bottom tray and wine glasses only fit into the top if the rather silly dropdown system is put into place. This lessens the capacity of the lower tray. This means that you have a choice between dinner plates or wine glasses - no real design thinking here. The drying function is also lacking, so water drips onto clean plates when you take things from the top.
