Good, reliable, tough dishwasher for small spaces
Member Name: doobeedoo
Advantages: Tough, good wash cycles to choose from, easy to use
Disadvantages: Compartment for washing tablet sometimes doesn't release well
I bought this dishwasher 4 years ago and it is still going strong. Bosch applicances tend to be tough and long lasting (even my plumber agrees).
As I have a small kitchen, I bought the 45cm model (half size). Whilst it doesn't have as much space as the full size model, you can still stack 10-12 plates and still have space for a saucepan and frying pan in the bottom rack.
The top rack is sturdy and can take quite a lot of weight (I put my supposed-to-be-handwashed japanese bowls here).
The buttons are very intuitive (I've never read the manual as the labels on top of the buttons (e.g. Normal 65 deg; Eco 50 deg, Quick 35 deg) are intuitive and self explanatory.
Unlike some dishwashers, this model has a quick wash cycle which I use daily, saving time, water and electricity.
The only drawback I can see is the compartment for putting in the dishwasher tablet sometimes gets stuck (the release mechanism isn't very good) and at times, I find the tablet still in it, after the wash cycle has completed.
Summary: Good choice for small spaces and durable
