I have been the proud owner of this dishwasher for over 18 months now, and as a continuation of my last two dishwashers I am soooo... impressed. Let me tell you a little about it...I perviously owned both an indeset and a bosh dishwasher...the first on I bought fairly reasonably second hand.And despite being in great condition and less than 12 months old broke after 5 short months, the catch broke and the dispenser flap then finally the heating element. We decided to treat ourselves to a dishwasher 18 months ago now and it must be one of the best purchases we have made. It is such an advantage having this machine it saves an awful load of work especially when you have a large family. We decided on the Zanussi for no particular reason if I remember rightly price was probably a major factor and we have been so pleased with it. I always use the full cycle including the prewash and it does a great job. There is plenty of room on both of the shelves and it is very rare that we dont get everything in at once.
