Ever since my dad installed this dishwasher we have not had any problems with it whereas my old one used to give us no end of problems! This is very easy to use, and seems to be a very hardy machine. It cleans very well and has different temperature options depending on how tough the stains are! I put all of my oven trays in and it cleans all the hard fat and greese whereas my other one would have taken 2-3 washes to budge it!! For near on 3 months my partner and I messed around with our old dishwasher which was working but sporadically , failing to drain, each time we decided it was time to bite the bullet and buy a new one for some reason it seemed to kick back into life and we gave it another last chance but inevitably it packed in for good one day. Having not purchased a new dishwasher for a number of years I was stunned at the market which is massive and wasn't sure really where to start but was on a budget so was definitely looking at the lower end of the price scale. Just a day or so before Christmas is not exactly the best time for something to go wrong. In our case it was the dishwasher. The prospect of hand-washing everything for the family's Christmas meals did not sound attractive. Mind you, I suppose I couldn't complain. The old one - a Zanussi - was, admittedly, around 12 years old and had been slowly falling apart for some time. Maybe the second of the two door springs snapping (the other had broken a couple of years back) only days earlier, was an omen of which I should have taken notice!
