Good budget buy (Indesit IDL 40)
Member Name: caz_purplewitch
Advantages: Practical and easy to use Disadvantages: none! This was the first dishwasher I ever bought, I purchased it from Tesco Direct as this was the cheapest at the time. I wanted one for a long time but didn't have a kitchen big enough to even fit a slimline one in. After some rearranging of my kitchen I eventually got it in. I am really pleased with my choice. I had researched it well on the internet and thought this was the best buy for my budget. A lot of the reviews for other slimline models said that big dinner plates would not fit in, not a problem with this model as the top rack is adjustable. Not that I have had to do anything to it as I have had no problems in fitting any dishes in. I even get my pans and over trays in. It just takes a bit of getting used to loading it. The various cleaning settings as already described are great. I have used them all for different reasons. I have soaked pans, quickly washed less dirty dishes but my normal setting is the time for you. I don't have to turn it on too often and am its great when having family round for dinner. My partner plumbed the dishwasher in with no problems. Summary: excellent for the money
