Advantages: Cheap, simple

Disadvantages: Not as much functionality as more expensive machines

I have now lived with this dishwasher for 2 years. In that time it has performed well with just 2 small faults. Firstly, it displayed an error message quite randomly which has now gone away (completely unexplained). Secondly, a small piece of the plastic that forms the top of the door has snapped off (but I'm just going to blame my wife for that as she is a little heavy handed).

The machine itself is very simple to use and cleans all manner of plates, dishes and pans without fuss. I know Indesit's are cheap but ours has performed well and it was the cheapest available when we bought it. Simple to install, simple to use. There are limited functions and programmes, but we have found there are enought for your everyday needs.

Clean your dishwasher regularly (using a proper dishwasher cleaner) and it will clean faultlessly. We have found that a good quality dishwasher tablet will also make a difference (but even the best all-in-one tablets works better with separate salt).
