I brought this dishwasher about a year ago as I thought the make was a 'good name' - well I had heard of their fridges!!!! I also thought the price was a good indicator of performance - unfortunately neither was true!!!! I find it difficult to find a suitable place to stack glasses - especially pint glassess and wine glasses without them falling over and dinner plates are difficult to place as some hit the washer arm that is located underneath the top drawer. Also some particularly dirty dishes have to be washed twice. Recently the on button and the door opener have both broken but I will say that the engineer said he had never encountered these problems before and both could be fixed. The more positive points are that the upper tray position is adjustable and the cutlery box can be removed so larger pans can be washed. It also has lots of different wash cycles to choose from I especially like the rinse cycle if we have had fish so that we can get rid of smells quickly and don't have to put on a full wash cycle until the dishwasher is full. Overall I would not recommend this dishwasher.
