Actually we really like it, it doesn't have the heat element in the dishwasher it's underneath which is better so nothing can fall onto it and burn. Well I must admit we didn't choose this dishwasher it chose us! Unfortunately a couple of years ago we had a little fire in our old Zanussi dishwasher! I opened it in the morning and all our what should have been clean plates were black! it must have run out of oxegyn before taking hold I'm glad to say. Needless to say we claimed on insurance as it was an accident, we think something plastic dropped onto the heating element which drys the dishes after they've been washed and caught fire.
