... have had this dishwasher for 6 months without any problems. It is an integrated one, so looks great in the kitchen as you cant tell it s there! The controls are all on the edge of the door - so you really don t see it s a dishwasher if it s closed. It has 5 different settings, though to be honest I tend always to use the 65 degree "normal" one. I have used the eco one (50 degrees) from time to time, but ... Zanussi ZDF601 ... before, but in the eyes of John Lewis however it seemed that if I was looking for a dishwasher, then it had to be John Lewis own brand and not much else to consider. The reason for this is simple; John Lewis dishwashers are made by "AEG of Germany" who are owned by Electrolux. And under the Electrolux umbrella of company products you ll find dishwashers made by AEG, Electrolux and Zanussi. All of these brands are sold by John Lewis including their own name. Taking into account the specs on offer, the John Lewis JLDWW1201 and Electrolux ESF66010W dishwashers for example almost looked the same both externally and internally, although the Electrolux washer ca... Zanussi ZDT5053 ... I came home from work to be told that the dishwasher had gone wrong and had to be replaced. To my horror, I then found myself having to wash up manually for two days until my landlady bought a new dishwasher. Those two days were hell. Our old dishwasher was none to clever anyway so anything would have been better than that banged out old banger. I came home a couple of days later to find that a Zanussi ZDT 5053 had been plumbed in. My initial impressions were that it looked very smart, although considering this was brand spanking new, and considering that the old one was covered in the remnants of five years worth of takeaways and grease, it was undoubtedly going to lo... Zanussi ZDF501 ... having three from this brand I have decided that this model is their best yet. Its a good machine with plenty of options for stacking dishes. Well designed with regards to easy off use and also pleasing to the eye. Easy plumbing and fitting and its ergonomical design will suit many kithens old/traditonal and new/modern alike. Enrgy efficient. When Zannusi sa famiy sized they really do mean it. good choice of wash cycles and it really cleans well even on the quiker washes. On the downside we only had one problem with a slight leak, a manufacturig error which was soon put right by our retailers engineers on a home visit....
