I finally decided to buy my own mask after a year of having inherited ones. This one (the pink clear model) fitted my face the best out of the selection available. Though was one of the more expensive ones, it had an excellent fit and after using for 5 months now, I am glad this was the decision I made.
Going from a black mask to clear is a little strange as you can suddenly see more and when snorkeling you do get a slight reflection at the top of the lenses. I have also been warned to clean it thoroughly after venturing into the ocean, as the rubber trim has a tendency to discolour if the saltwater is not completely removed.
I did have to toothpaste this mask several times early on as it did fog up, but as I am now using more frequently this is no longer an issue. The mask also seems to have molded to my face perfectly.
The reservoirs are pretty big around the eyes that took a little getting used to, but means I now don't have to clear my mask as often.
This mask also comes with a matching snorkel, which I was lucky to get for my birthday, making me very pretty in pink.
This mask fitted me well, but my boyfriend fitted the Spectra 2 better, as he has a smaller face. As with all diving masks, you need to get one that fits your face, then it will be the perfect mask for you.

No two faces are alike, and the SCUBAPRO broad range takes individual differences into account. The basic difference in masks lies in the number of lenses. Single-lens masks were the first developed and remain a popular choice worldwide because they provide a broad, uninterrupted view. With the advent of silicone skirts, twin-lens masks have become increasingly popular because they typically lower internal volume, making clearing easier.
