Audio Technica AT2020 Microphone

What you get for your money:
Well, I paid £70 from Dolphin Music and you get the microphone itself, an adapter ring for the base of the mic which attaches to a stand (not supplied) and a carry pouch. For the money and XLR cable would have been nice, but this cost me an extra £7. The mic is 162mm long and 52mm in diameter, so quite large really. The Audio Technica is a cardoid condenser microphone. It comes in a USB version (slightly different to this one) and a standard XLR connection microphone on review here. The reason I bought this microphone: i review products, technology related, computers, software, gadgets and produce two videos every week. The feedback that I got previously was that the sound was a bit poor, background noise and interference. So, I had the choice, a USB microphone or interface and standard mic, or something a little higher end which would need a mixing desk.
