... recommend particular brands, so it’s worth investigating those). Alternatively, the Micro-BR does have a DC input, so you could look a buying an adapter. An adapter does not come with the package as standard, so you would have to look at the Boss website for the necessary one, but if you plan on recording a lot of material at home, this would be a very cost effective means of supplying power and saving your battery life (and expense).

Last Christmas my brother-in-law received a wealth of music related presents, one of which was this rather nifty little device, the ‘Boss Micro-BR Palmtop Studio’. I’d been looking to record several of my own songs for some time and my brother-in-law was keen to try out his new toy, so we decided to try it out.
