The bluedog mixer is the ideal mixer to go with your Numark TT-1510 decks. If you purchase the decks, then this mixer will, more often than not, come complete with the set.

It is a compact, neat and tidy mixer, and it has the basic features that a beginner DJ would need, such as volume and level controls for each channel, the mixer is only a 2 channel mixer, but it is perfect for the beginner, as you do not need to start including more than 2 inputs until some experience and skill is acquired.

There is a smooth moving crossfader, but I have found one flaw in this department, and that is that when the crossfader is moved, it takes a long time for the channels to increase/fade, and when it does fade, it does so extremely quickly, making the mix a very short, cut off one.

The bluedog, despite it's name, very rarelty comes in a blue colour, so don't colour co-ordinate anything on this basis!!! (joke).

Although it has minor flaws, I cannot complain about the headphone balance control between channel so that headphone mixing can be accomplished.

I really like this mixer, but although my style of mixing now calls upon a higher standard of mixer, I still highly rate this special piece of equipment.
