      Very helpful

I think wicker adds a touch of tradition to the home and blends in nicely.

I have 2 of these wicker cat carrier's for my 2 new cats and when I saw them here had to write a review. Can't guarantee it will be great but here goes.

I don't know why my cats like them but I think it's the creaking sound the wicker makes. They have even slept in them. They are ideal for short trips and visits to the vets. Not recommended for transporting by air though. Best to get something in strong plastic for that.

I purchased them about 6 months ago from catsandcanines.co.uk (although it is important to point out that on their website they now have a different design of wicker cat carrier).

The price is now £32.99 (I paid £31.99) for the small size and £42.99 for the large size. You also have the option of a pet pad for the base at an extra cost. Delivery was £4.95 and goods arrived in 48 hours.

Back to the basket - it has genuine leather straps which give it a touch of luxury and the wicker is tightly woven and of a high quality.

They are quite easy to keep clean. I just wipe with a clean damp cloth and hoover up any dust or debris.

I'm a new fan of wicker for pet beds etc, so much I got my dogs 2 new wicker baskets from them.
