Well you little horrible, jumping, creepy, biting little things you are not going to live anymore, I’m going to kill you all. Phillips Pet Care Vetzyme - Flea spray Vetzyme - Flea spray is ozone friendly and is only safe and effective for use on dogs. It comes in a can, with a push down to spray cap on it, and it has a push on plastic top. The spray can is mainly all white but it also has red and green writing on it and a picture of a cute dog. The can of Flea spray that I purchased is 150ml, I don’t think you can buy it in any other size, but I’m not sure. 150ml goes a long way and it was more then enough for my dog, who is about medium in size. Vetzyme Flea Spray is specially formulated to kill fleas on dogs from 3 months of age. I examine my dog for fleas regularly, paying particular attention to the areas around the spine. If your dog does get infected the flea spray should be used every 3 days until the infestation is cleared. Directions for use Shake the can well, hoping at least 8 inches away from the dog. Spray the entire coat, taking care to avoid the eyes and other sensitive areas. Whilst spraying, brush or comb the coat in the wrong direction so that the spray reaches the skin. Repeat the treatment after 3 or 4 days if reinfestation is apparent. Dosage - spray times Puppies over 3 months and smaller dogs (Up to 15kg) - seven seconds Medium sized dogs (15-25kg) - 20 seconds Large dogs (over 25kg) - 25 seconds After we sprayed our dog our house smelt like a hospital for about an hour even with the doors open so I would recommend that you spray your dog outside. Common sense really but I thought that I’d mention it - This flea spray is extremely flammable so you should keep your dog away from fires and other sources of heat for at least 30 minutes following spraying and until the coat is totally dry. Do n
ot exceed the spray times Do not use on nursing bitches or on puppies under 3 months old Sick and convalescing animals should be treated by a veterinary surgeon Finally if you want to prevent any further infestation you should fit your dog with a flea collar. The dogs bedding should be treated and regular nesting areas including carpets soft furnishing, should be treated with a suitable insecticide and vacuumed regularly. Sorry nearly forgot some important safety points (tut tut) Do not breathe in spray fumes Use in a well-ventilated area Avoid contact with eyes Wash hands after use Keep away from food and drink Harmful to fish, crustaceans and reptiles Keep out for reach of children For external use only We have been using this product on our dog for about 3 months it works a treat and I would recommend that if your dog starts scratching give him a spray of this, and he should become clean and flea-free the next day. Good product although I do hope that you will never need to use it.
