I use to always get knuckle bones for my English Bull Terrier and Olde Tyme Bulldog as they love to chew alot and I heard these where great for dogs but I find with the knuckle bones they break off to easily and tend to become quite brittle which leads to my dogs choking on the small pieces that come away they also do not last long at all.
I came across Good Boy Bones, they are cheap at around £1.99 so I thought I would give them ago and I have to say I am so pleased that I did, I have only found this bone in tripe although Athena and Slash dont seem to mind, they do a special flavour of Turkey at Christmas which they enjoy also.
They come wrapped in clear packaging with a nice informative label to accompany this, it has useful information for the owners of dogs and also all the ingredients are listed on the front so you know just what has gone into them which is nice to know.
My dogs always know when I have these even before I unwrap them, they absolutely love them, they are incredibly strong bones and I love the fact that they hardly make any mess at all unlike most bones, my dogs will spend hours munching these trying to get the filling out of the middle , I do find that they never manage to get the whole tripe filling out so I do give them a hand when they get to this point, even still, after all the tripe filling is gone my dogs will still chew on them and they last ages, infact they have had some of these bones last months.
They are ideal for any dogs that are heavy chewers or have very strong jaws, they help keep your dogs teeth clean and strong and also provides them with a challenge which stimulates their brain.
Now that I have purchased these and have seen just how great this product is I wouldnt buy any other bone product again and my furry babies feel the same :)
