... once they have completed a long walk and these were great as they were just the right size, the dogs loved them and they came in a packet which could be resealed with a little sticker. The ingrediants are bog standard pedigree ingreidants and mainly made up of cereals, having about 4% meat. As this is only a treat and not their main feed it didn't really matter that the main ingrediant was cereals. As long as there is not artiificial colours, flavours or sugar that is fine for me! The chews did not last long, probably ...more

Pedigree Rodeo: My dogs love a good Rodeo! (814 words)

My dogs are very much part of the family and when they have a birthday we celebrate it but obviously not on such a large scale as we would celebrate a human's birthday but they get a bag of treats and may be a new collar or bowl. They don't really care but it is nice for them to get spoilt especially as they are such great family dogs who accompany me nearly everywhere I go and are incredibly loyal. My Doberman turned the grand age of 2 a week ago and still acts just the same as he did at 8 weeks old. He is a big playful dog who although isn't boisterous he is a bit clumsy! I bought him a variety of treats from our local feed merchants and I am slowly watching ...  Read the complete review

Rodeo's Aren't Just For Horses (1025 words)

*Introduction* Ever since my dogs were old enough to eat adult dog treats, I have bought them Pedigree Rodeo as they seem to really enjoy them. I like to mix up the treats that they receive and Pedigree Rodeo is one of them that I tend to buy them as a special treat once every three weeks or so. *About the Product* Pedigree Rodeo is a great way to reward your dog or simply show them how much you love them. With its unique twisted shape, irresistible meaty taste and satisfying, chewy texture, it will give your dog long-lasting enjoyment. And while he can't have real chocolate, our Choc Flavour has all the flavour of the real ...  Read the complete review

Pedigree Rodeo: Rodeo, Rodeo, where for art thou, Rodeo... (484 words)

Ive mentioned in a previous review that we have a fussy hamster living in our household who will only eat one certain type of hamster muesli. Continuing the theme of fussy pets let me introduce you to the equally fussy but cute with it, Barney the Yorkshire Terrier. Barney will not eat regular dog food, he hates the stuff, he would rather starve then allow a single morsel of dog food to enter his mouth. Weve tried all brands from the premium expensive stuff to cheap supermarket brands all to no avail. Barney will only eat cooked meat that you buy for making sandwiches - Chicken Roll, Corned Beef and Ham are particular favourites and he will happily munch ...  Read the complete review

For any Dooyooers who've been ind enough to read any of my previous reviews you'll know we have a Pomeranian (Pom) who joined our household after we were burgled. He's now a well-loved member of the family who is very little trouble & has proved a good little guard-dog in his own little way. Pom's a very fussy eater but he does like his treats which hubby insists on buying on a regular basis & one of his favourites at the moment seem to be Pedigree Rodeo sticks which cost around £1 for 4. They are as shown in the picture & are available in chicken, chocolate or beef flavours & are readily available so you don't need to go to specific pet ...  Read the complete review

Pedigree Rodeo: Chewy Treats (491 words)
by - written on 16/07/09 (Very useful, 34 readings)
Rating:

Pedigree is famous for their pet products and this is another product, which has pleased my dog and I for a long time. The Rodeo sticks make great snacks and are really chewy with a unique shape and appearance. Available in three different flavours, I'm sure you're pooch will find one that they like! The only thing that is off-putting is the price tag. The Rodeo sticks come in a small yellow packet like all other Pedigree products. The logo on the front is clear and you are also shown a picture of a Rodeo stick, so you know what it's like. I haven't seen anything especially similar on the market, so it's quite an original and unique product worth ...  Read the complete review
