As you are no doubt aware, I'm an enthusiastic collector of Betty Boop figurines; one of which had been sitting in my Amazon wish list for quite some time and its' name is Betty Boop in the Rain. However, the price was considerably higher than what I was prepared to pay, so I waited, particularly as the prices on Amazon seem to constantly fluctuate. A few weeks ago my moment arrived where I was able to obtain the figurine at what I deemed as a bargain and this review discusses my adorable collectable.
