I was looking for a first dolls pushchair for my 1 1/2 year old as a Christmas present and came across this which was on offer for £13 which seemed a good price for a reputable brand. I was initially drawn to the pretty print of the fabric which stood out compared to others.
The pushchair arrived in a tiny and very light box which took me aback a bit, not realising it was flat packed until I opened it! It was very easy to construct, taking just a few minutes and looked very pretty once put together.
My daughter instantly placed her dolly in it and has since spent hours pushing it around the house!
When my daughter was little, the lightness of the pushchair worried me. She was walking quite confidently, but often used to try to lean on the pushchair which was not sturdy enough to hold her weight. I can imagine for less confident walkers, it could cause quite a few accidents so I wouldn't recommend the pushchair unless you have a stable toddler.
I'd say the main disadvantage is that the pushchair doesn't fold down. However, its not a bulky pushchair so storage is not too much of a problem.
We've had to bin the pushchair after 1 1/2 years as the sidebar snapped, caused by my toddler trying to sit in it constantly! I think we can blame that on user error!
