The Littlest Pet Shop Get Better Centre is another playset from the LPS range. The Get Better Centre is made by Hasbro and retails for £16.99 but is currently available in Argos on offer at £11.32. It can also be purchased from other toy retailers.

The Get Better Centre comes in a standard sized box with the usual LPS colours - purple with the LPS logo on the front. A transparent window allows you to see the toy inside. The same with all LPS sets, you have to have a bit of a fight to get the toy out of the various ties that holds it all in place.

Inside the box you get 1 LPS figure which is a dog, the playset itself which is like a little vet surgery and a few accessories which include stickers which are plasters, a bottle, a patient observation board, an injection needle, a neck brace/collar for an animal and a stethoscope.

The playset itself is brightly coloured in pink, green and yellow. It is made of a hard and durable plastic which is very hard to break. It has a little front door which has a little sticker above it which states it is the "Get Better Centre". You open the plaset up to reveal a poster if a dog on the "wall" which tells your child where the funny bone is and a few other things. On the right hand side there is a little sofa with a lamp (non working) suspended above it. There is a little pink drawer for your child to put all the little accessories in. Above the drawer is a little ova shaped seat which is actually a scale and the weight of the pet can be measured by the little yellow scale display which is on the top of the playset which has an arrow and numbers. This does really work. There is a little pink seat on the left hand side which is removable.

There isn't a massive amount to do with this toy. I wouldn't call it an overly stimulating toy at all but my daughter does really like it and she does get it out alot with her other LPS figures and playsets and I watch her take some of her pets to the "Get Better Centre". It is worth the current offer price at Argos but £16.99 for it is pretty steep in my opinion as there isn't much you can do. I would say have a look about on places like eBay for it to see if you can get it cheaper.
