Advantages: Looks lovely and girly

Disadvantages: Not enough to do with it.

This Teapot Playset was brought for my daughter (again) last Christmas and we paid £25.00 for it. The "normal" shops don't seem to sell it this year and Amazon has it for just under £40.00. My daughter didn't like hers and I just sold it on eBay for £20.00 so am happy.

However, the playset is not really as good as it looks in my opinion. It is plenty big enough for little girls to get in there and set up a My Little Pony game but the ponies are just too small and the teaset that comes with this for the ponies to use is so miniscule it was lost before we even had a chance to look at it.

The different floors are good because each one has a different surprise. The bottom floor is a musical dance floor that spins around and lights up. You can put your ponies on here and they will move round. This is quite good fun but is very short lived from both an adults point of view and the childs. The middle flooe has the light up fire place and a piano that will play teh theme to My Little Pony when pressed. The top floor simply holds the table for tea.

There is a cute little swing on the Teapot handle which the ponies can swing in but overall I think this is just not worth the money. The heart clasp which closes and locks the two doors together is extremely stiff and awkward to open and my daughter was never able to do it on her own.

It is very pretty and girly and it looked nice in her room but it was just not enough to keep her amused and just looking nice was just too expensive!

Summary: Not really recommended
