This pram is a lovely little pram which cost me £34.99 from the argos 3 years ago, it is designed for very young children about 18 months old as is very short, it has a metal frame, a mesh shopping basket on the bottom that clips on with press studs, a carry cot style top with a little hood and a cover which has elastic around it and press studs at the top.
It comes complete with a little shopping bag to put all your baby accessories in.
Although the pram isnt very tall it is a decent size and will easily accomodate most dolls. It will last you a long time and can be sponged down, and since mine has now gone out into the garden as the children have got older and had bigger prams it has even been jet washed without fading.
This is a lovely little pram ideal for any toddler and is well worth the money.
Well what can I say about this product..... it is not worth the money I paid for it.
I was looking for a pram that my daughter would be ok using as she asked for one for her birthday. We looked at other prams and they were ethier 2 big or to bulky or just to expensive.
Like the doll I found one on the internet at amazon and thought great, its not bulky and the height was perfect for my daughter who is small for her age and the price, well I paid £16.99 but was stung on the postage which was £5.99 but because I couldn't find any of this product in the shops I went a head and bought it.
Height of pram 58inchs to 66 inches when adjusted.
Sparkly frame with foam handle.
Comes with instructions which are very poor.
Well I was made up when I seen the look on my daughters face when she opened this present but I was soon reduced to tears. I opened the box to get the instructions and they were very poor indeed, not to worry I thought, I did what I could with the frame before tightening it up then put the wheels on, 3 wheels went on fine they just slot onto the poles and then you have a clip to secure it, the forth wheel would not go on, we have to make the hole bigger and it took 4 or 5 gos at pushing it around with weight on the pram to get the wheel to actually turn. I put the carrycot together, I scratched all my knuckles as this was very hard to do, you had to put the carrycot material unser the bottom plank of wood then pull 2 metal bars up and under a plastic clip to secure this, BUT the material is just too small and this is how I ended up hurting myself.
Then you next have to clip yes clip the carrycot onto the frame, WHAT it just wouldn't go after about 20 minutes we finally got this on and now it is stuck, so you can now say this pram is not a 2-1 pram, how a small person is suppose to just take it off to make it into a carrycot is beonde me. Then you have to put the covers ocer the wheel clips these a small plastic caps with stars on them, on the box the are perfect when you slot them in the bend every which way and do not look good at all. Finally after all this, time to sort the hood and cover out, the pram cover again does not fit, it has little elastic loops so you attach to the sides where the hood goes then elastic at the bottom so you just pop it over the top of the pram, nope just couldn't do it, then the hood holes are to big so they keep coming off.
Basically the whole thing made me cry but my daughter didn't understand and was just so excited to take her new baby for a walk.
I wanted to send it back but did not have the cash to go and buy anything else and my daughter would not have had her pram for her birthday, also I was told if I return this I lose the postage and I have to pay to return it, well if I have of had the money to buy another pram then I would have had the money to return this item, but I didn't so my daughter has had to make do.
A terrible item, CHEAP it is not cheap for the price they charge and the workmanship that has gone into this is terrible.
