“ Brand: Peppa Pig / Type: Doll Buggy „
I brought this pram for my daughter for christmas from argos retailing at £28.99
When we unpacked it I found it was in bits so therefore it had to be put together, which was easily done and was straight foward.
This is really cute it has pictures of peppa pig, george (peppas brother) and the rest of the cast some including suzy sheep, rebecca rabbit, danny dog, zoe zebra, candy cat, pedro pony, emily elephant, delphine donkey and mr fox ect: printed all over the pram and on the side of the pram there is a bigger picture of peppa pig pushing george in a red pram.
The pram is suitable for pushing all types of dolls in it including peppa pig teddies (of course). after putting this together I find it to be really good value for money as its really sturdy and even 3 months later its still standing and all in tact, considering my daughter has used this nearly everyday and even taken it out into the garden and pushed it along the grass, up the path ect:
It also comes with a sun umbrealla as well, although this I do find ends to more near the floor than actually up in the air lol but I think thats the same problem we get with a normal sun umbrealla that us parents use on the kids pushchairs. So this doesnt put me off buying it.
It also comes with a little peppa pig changing bag which my daughter puts over her head and under her arms and carries this about with her and it also has a few accesories bottle, dummy ect: which i think was an added bonus.
This pram does say age 3+ but my daughter is 2 years old and its just perfect for her so I wouldnt think personally it wouldnt be much good for children age 4 and over.
The hood is fully adjustable and the pram cover is removable so it can be washed and it washes quite well I find. It can also be folded away easily for storage.
I would reccomend this to any peppa pig fan out there as my daughter loves so therefore it was a good buy.
The only reason I am going to give it 4 stars and not 5 is beacuse of the sun umbrealla that keeps falling down and I think putting age 3+ on this product is a bit misleading.
My daughter loves her babies and loves pushing them around the house and cuddling them. She was bought this pram as an extra one as she already had the Peppa pig pushchair which she loves as Peppa pig is also her favourite cartoon and she constantly points at the fabric and names the different characters.
---The features of the toy:
This pram was really easy to assemble from the flat packed package that it came in. It went up in about 5 minutes and was ready to play with in no time which was great as she can get really impatient waiting for new toys to be assembled of fetched out of the packaging, which was simply a cardboard box with plastic wrapped parts.
The pram is made of a tubular pink steel folding frame with pink material with Peppa Pig and all of her friends on the material, it has and has pink wheels with spokes. It has a pink pad along the handle which makes it easier to hold and is safer for when they fall over onto it. It also has a hood that can be folded down, and a matching bag and parasol. It also came with a feeding bowl, bottle and spoon. It is supposed to be suitable for dolls up to 40cm in length. It is quite lightweight and does not support when you lean on it.
My daughter loves this pram and fills it with several dolls at once. It is really easy for her to manoeuvre around the house and as she is only 19 months it is important to have something lightweight and durable and as she walks on her own she can quite easily push it around the house.
I think this is a really good set as it has the various different parts to it for the children to play with and all of them match. The parasol can sometimes get in the way as my daughter is under the recommended age which is 3 and she does not really like it to be put up but she is quite happy for it to be attached to the pram. The parasol is fully detachable and it adjusts fully just as a full size one.
The recommended age is 3 but I feel that children much younger can quite happily play with this as there are no major hazards that stop younger children playing with it. It would probably be advisable for children under 3 to have the parasol removed as children could get their fingers caught if they tried to open it.
I think this is a great first pram for little girls, or boys for that matter. I think that the price is quite high for a pram of this type but as it is Peppa Pig the price of £28 (Argos) obviously reflects this. The pram does also fold away so it is quite easy to store if you want to put it away but my daughter just keeps it out and leaves all of her dolls and accessories in it.
My sister had this Peppa Pig pram for Xmas off our aunt, she told me today she paid £14.00 for it and that sounds expensive for a toy pram but it's wicked and my sister loves it.
It looks EXACTLY like the photo Dooyoo have got up so I won't bother going into too much detail about it. The picture on the side is Peppa pushing her own dolls pram but hers is a red one, I think it would have been nice if they had got her pushing one the same as this real one though! lol
The pram has to be put together when you buy it but that looked easy to do and my dad had it done in a few minutes on Xmas day. She's used the pram every single day since then and it still looks as good as new because the covers can be washed so they haven't got all grubby. The only place where you can tell the pram has been used is on the wheels because they're all scuffed now that she's been using it outside.
The pram is just the right size for my sister, she's 2 1/2 and doesn't have to stretch to push the pram about. The recommended age is 3 years but I don't see why younger kids can't use the pram as long as they can push it without tripping over.
It's just the right size so most of my sisters dolls and teddies can lie down and be pushed around in the pram, the matching pram cover makes it look dead cosy and as good as a real babies pram! lol
The hood can be pulled up or pushed down, it's a bit loose on my sisters so every now and again my dad has to tighten the nuts up. The hood is designed good but it's like they've used nuts that are a tiny bit too big though and they keep coming loose.
Recommended..... any little Peppa Pig lover will want this pram to take their dolls to the shop. My sister likes filling hers with all her Peppa Pig teddies and it's actually a good storing place to keep them all together!
This was bought at my request from Argos b my mother in law.It was purchased for my 3 year old daughter's birthday, back in September. So I have left it a good length of time to see if it survived a real child test out.
I am glad to say ,it has.
On first look this waas quite a flimsy looking pram but the stitching and fabric have no tears ,and all properly stitched.
It comes in the pattern that is shown. No variation.
What it does not show is that it also comes with a lovely little shoulder bag and parasol that attatches on the pram ,the same as a real pram parasol would.
The parasol is the same as the hood.It has 6 segments in alternating peppa pig pattern and pink.
The frame is probably sturdier than the actual basinet. But once built up.The basinet does not remove through childs play.
As stated it looks flimsier than actually is because it is sturdier. It has held the weight of my 3 year old daughter whilst her sister decided to push her around the living room.It caused no strains or tears.
I am extremely happy with this pram.It is cute and small enough to be kept in the living room without being a pain to manouvre around.
An ideal birthday present for a toddler.
