A lovely pram my little one loves

Every Christmas there are a number of relatives which will tell me how much they would like to spend on my children and then I sort out the presents for them. Sometimes I think I would prefer to be surprised at what my children get but sometimes it works in my favour like with this as it was bought along with baby Annabel on 3 for 2 at Boots last year.

The pram cost £35 towards the end of last year but we ended up we did pretty well from it as we bought two other £45 presents so this one ended up being free which is a word I love, also I got it delivered to my home address for free so didn't even have to go and buy it. At the moment you can buy this pram from Amazon for £26.99 with free delivery which is a great price for it.

The pram came packaged in a cardboard box which showed a picture on the front of a little girl playing with the pram. The pram inside was collapsed down just like a real babies pram would be and there was a set of instructions inside for how to put the pram up.

The pram was very simple to put up and the main chassis of it is made of metal with plastic fixings, you simply pulled the chassis upwards and then there are two black plastic fixtures which fit over the ends of the metal poles and hole the pram in place. Once the base is up you simply sit the pram on top of the base and you are ready to go.

The pram part of this is bright red in colour with white polka dots on it and I think it looks lovely, I have seen it in navy also at my daughters school although I'm not sure if they are the only two colours available. The pram has a hood which can be pulled up just like a real pram and this is easy enough to do and even my nearly two year old can put the hood up herself. The cover for the pram fastens with silver press-studs and this can be quite difficult for a child to snap together although my 5 year old can do it my younger daughter cannot.

There is a foam covering on the handle which isn't good for smaller children as my youngest likes to bite it just the same as her older sister did years ago with her trampoline handle so I guess there is something about young children and liking to bite into foam. The handle can be adjusted so that a small and tall child can play with it and this is easy to do by pushing in a release button on either side half way down the handle although this does take an adult to do this.

Underneath the pram there is a shopping basket made of black plastic, the shopping basket is a pain as it doesn't seem top fit onto the metal pieces which run under the pram like it is meant to and therefore I often get handed it to place back under the pram. There is a changing bag which matches the pram too for putting babies things in although alsorts gets put in it in our house, the strap on the changing bag is too long as it gets in the wat when it is over the handle but we have just tied a knot in the strap to shorten it and solve the problem. I would say the shopping basket and changing bag handle are the and only flaws we have found with the pram.

This pram was bought for my elder daughter but we have now come to the conclusion she simply doesn't enjoy make believe play as she really doesn't have any interest in it that is unless her younger sister wants to play with it and then of course she wants it. My younger daughter loves this pram, she will wander up and down the living room with it for ages and she comes to you for you to say goodnight to her baby. She enjoys sitting two babies one at either end of the pram and pretending to feed them and then tucking them up in blankets.

This pram is easy to put up, a decent price for a good pram and is very sturdy. The pram is well loved in our house and I would recommend it for any little girl or boy who likes playing with dolls and prams.
