As mentioned in previous reviews my daughter has recently discovered Sylvanian Families, and this is one of the sets she received for Christmas.

We managed to buy this set of four gorgeous hedgehogs - mother, father, brother and sister- for around £13 on eBay.

The set consists of the Brambles Family - Mortimer, Eleanor, Abigail and Maxwell - the Sylvanian tailors! they come beautifully dressed in well made clothes with intricate details. They all come with soft, tactile hedgehog fur, and even come with a special brush to groom them! As with all other sets they also come with some very sweet back story details on the box - describing who each of them is and what they like to do, which. I think is charming!

Like all Sylvanian Families characters they are fully posable and have gripping ands. They sit easily in any of the available furniture and really have bags of play potential.

In short these are very beautiful, intricate little characters and really are a better quality than some of the cheaper versions out there. My daughter loves brushing their fur and poses them in various scenes and positions - there's a lot of play potential in these little characters!
