My 10 year old daughter received this for Christmas.

It was in sale at £21.99 (dec 2012) usual retail price of about £25.99. It is available from most stores that sell sylvanian such as Tesco, Amazon, the entertainer, Toys r us and as I've mentioned before yew baby farm in Pailton which also has an online shop selling Sylvanian at much cheaper prices.

What is it?

It's a lovely ice cream van, it is a good size with plenty of space inside for a couple of Sylvanian characters, there are two characters which are specifically for selling ice creams but we haven't got them (yet!). It is set up to serve ice creams and has a drivers seat with wheel inside so that they can drive around to the place they'd like to set up.

What it does?

My daughter was thrilled it has three little dips inside it that a lump of ice cream (pretend of course!) fits in, the great thing she loves is that the ice cream scoop is designed so that it actually scoops it out and then you can plop it onto the cone, it all happens really smoothly and looks really real which she thinks is great. It also comes with a little plastic ice cream dispenser which also she loves, you put the ice cream in the top and it rests in the top. You place a cone underneath and then when you're ready you push a little button and the ice cream drops onto the cone. She thinks this is great.

It comes with stickers to stick onto the van and ice cream bits to make it look authentic. My daughter loves driving the van round and selling ice creams from it.

I feel Sylvanian is always good value, I like their products and feel this again is another good value peice of Sylvanian with plenty of playability.
