The housing area is a lot bigger than some of the other houses that you can buy. It has a large downstairs area and two separate rooms upstairs (one of which has a small balcony). It does not come with any of the extra furniture that you will need to fill the house so this may be something to consider when you are purchasing it.

We got this for my daughters birthday and I must say it is one of the better sylvanian products that we have got. The restaurant part is at the side of what is a rather large house.
