This is one of the first products we got for Baby Annabell when she came to live with us a few years ago and my little girl still carries her around in this carry comfort seat, even though she now has quite a few different Annabell products. The comfort seat is basically like a car seat, one that you can carry around obviously as it is shaped the same and enables my little girl to carry Annabell with her wherever she goes. We also put Annabell in the car in this seat too between our two other car seats in the back and its actually quite sweet to see them all sitting there in a row. The seat is made of a pink plastic and if I'm honest, it's quite cheap looking although we probably paid a fortune for it at the time. I do like Baby Annabell products but sometimes I think they are not the most well made or nice looking dolls toys you can buy. Anyway, my daughter likes it and that is all that matters. The plastic is fairly lightweight so my little girl has no problem carrying it around although it is a bit awkward to carry, just like a real car seat as it is a bit bulky when you also have Annabell in it. The handle has one of those handles that enable you to carry the car seat either way, forward or backward facing and what I like about the handle is that you can move it so it goes behind the seat, enabling you to prop it up. My daughter likes to do this when she feeds her baby as she finds it as easy position to sit her in. The seat also has adjustable straps that go over Annabells shoulders so you can strap her in just like a real baby if you wish. These snap into the little holder at the front and are easy for my little girl to undo herself which is nice as sometimes not all doll's toys are easy for little fingers to access. The seat has the familiar pink material Babay Annabell sheep pattern on it and if you have any Annabell products you will know what I am talking about. I find this material a bit irritating as it falls off the seat quite easily and I always find myself trying to stretch it back over the seat again. This seat is recommended for 3 years + but my little girl had this just before she was 2 if I remember correctly and she has not had a problem with it. Obviously it is not for real babies just dolls but I don't think you could ever mistake this for a real car seat. It costs in the £20 region which is quite expensive in my opinion but as it has lasted in the playability of my little girls mind I think it was a good investment.
It was recently my nieces 4th birthday and she recieved the Baby Annabell doll, so I decided to purchase this car seat for her. The car seat is designed for the Baby Annabell doll and will cost around £25, I bought mine from Argos as it was on offer when my sister bought her the doll. The car seat is very well designed, made from lightweight, yet very sturdy plastic. This means that it was very easy for my niece to lift, she found it easy to carry around with just one hand once her doll was in it. It is made of cream plastic, which although did get a little grubby when taking it to the park this was easily removed with a quick use of a wet wipe. It also has a pink hood, which was nice as then it looks similar to her younger sisters real car seats and little girls love to have the same things as their mummy's! The pink hood had the Baby Annabell pink motif at the front, which is just for decoration, but looks very cute. The car seat also has a removable pink cover, which when it is on I suppose it looks more wintery and could be a more summery ar seat with it off. The car seat has straps for the dolly, though if you are in a rush then you may find this a bit of a hold up, as my niece ALWAYS has to have baby Annabell strapped in before we leave the house and it does take a while as they straps can be quite fiddly and will accept NO help, claiming that 'I'm the mummy now!'. Since recieving the car seat she has non-stopped played with it and uses it even more than the doll! She uses it to carry her juice bottle in, her teddies, or just with some paper and pens in it! Overtime I can see the cover and hood getting grubby, however I am sure it would be very easy to remove these and simply bung them in the washing machine! Overall I would definitley reccomend this item, my niece loves it and it is super cute to watch her play with it!
My daughter has many toys and accessories for her baby Annabell (I think this doll has more things than her baby brother has!) My daughter loves this chair as it resembles a real baby chair, it even has a reclining carry handle. She loves to put it in the car with her doll inside when we go out anywhere. The seat has a cute foot cover over the top, which is also pink with the Baby Annabelle logo of a love heat and two sheep on it. There is a cute soft sheep shape which can be hung on the handle or it can be used as a pillow for the doll. This carrier is long lasting as my daughter has had this now for almost twelve months, and the covers are removable so I have been able to wash them a few times when they have gotten grubby. Cost: This item is available from Smiths Toy Store for £17.99 (A lot cheaper than Amazon, which is selling it for an astonishing £35.99!
This comfort seat is one of many accessories you can buy to go with the Baby Annabell doll, it will of course fit any doll but I did buy it as part of a multi set last christmas to go with my daughters Annabell. It was in Argos and I got various things for £30 including this. It is very well made with sturdy plastic and has a carry handle - just like a real baby seat. It has a main checked cover that goes over the whole of the inside and then there is also a detachable hood complete with the famous Annabell sheep that attaches on/off. There is also a cover that fits over the front with elastic strings. I do find the sheep is always coming off and my daughter finds the hood and cover hard to put on herself but she is still only 3! The covers are washable which is also handy. A lovely looking and very durable accessorie that my daughter absolutely loves! (she even puts it into her dolly pram to make a travel system!)
When Santa brought my youngest daughter the my first Baby Annabell for Christmas she was delighted. My older daughter got the Chou Chou My First Tooth doll but was also given a little car seat for her but kept having to fight her little sister for it. My youngest daughter has also been given some money for Christmas from a relative so we decided to use it to get her a car seat for her doll. I took her to Toy R Us and in the dolls section we can across this Zapf Creation seat and she immediately picked it up and started walking round the shop carrying it. It is made of solid cream plastic with a pink material hood and detachable pink cover. The material on the seat is pink and blue checks and is slightly padded. The handle is adjustable just like a real car seat and has the trademark Baby Annabell sheep on it. The material parts are all removable which is great in any childrens toy as they tend to get grubby. Since we got this in December it has been played with constantly and has been taken in the car and into nursery and to visit friends and amazingly it is still in one piece. This was £16.99 which I thought was quite expensive as my older daughter has an un-named one that cost around £6 but the Baby Annabell one has withstood the test of time where as the cheaper version has not.
My daughter recieved this from her uncle as a gift last year so i have no idea what it cost or where it was prrchased from but my daughter loves it. The chair itself is made of a sturdy thick plastic that is made to last very well and wont be broken easily even with the roughest of children, the handle is made of the same material and is fitted to the chair very well, it reclines back just like the handle on a realy baby seat does. The hood, front cover and inside piece are all made out of cotton with elastic to hold them in the shape of the chair and to stop them slippng off when played with, they also have a few ties to secure them in place aswell. You can mchine wash the covers and dry them in the dryer which is very useful and the seat itself just needs a quick wipe over to clean My daughters enjoy playing with this seat in the house and taking it with us in the car. It is one of the best baby annabell pieces they have had yet and is a lot beter made than the carry cot we got this christmas
Practical comfort seat with adjustable handle. Canopy shade and blanket cover included.
