All models come standard with IEEE 1284 parallel and RS232/422 interfaces as well as IGP /QMS graphics languages. Two additional I/O slots are present in each unit, where optional, easily installed Ethernet and IBM twinax/coax connectivity solution cards may be added. These I/O slots provide for your current and future networking needs.

With hot port switching between all ports, flexible paper handling, and numerous choices in emulations, it's easy to find the right model for your application.

The 5050 is among the first line printers to take advantage of GENICOM's newest Intelliprint controller architecture, which protects your investment by allowing fast, easy upgrades as your network connectivity requirements evolve.
