Equipped with a Flash ROM to enable easy upgrade of alternative features and character sets, these printers include a broad range of industry standard emulations, fonts and some 13 barcodes. With parallel interface and serial RS232 interfaces fitted as standard, connection to most systems is easily accomplished. For LAN connection Tally offers the cost effective TallyCom print server, which connects via the parallel interface. The T2040 and T2140 are capable of handling a wide range of media in both cut sheet and continuous form, and offer flexible paper handling via a plethora of standard and optional tractors and sheet feed devices. With both front and rear paper paths these models can cope with the most diverse range of business critical applications reliably and effectively. Both 80 and 136 column models are available. Automatic paper path selection, paper parking and top of form sensing are just a few of the advanced features available which make these printers easy to use.
