I am a big fan of Dr Hauschka since my mum brought me a selection for my birthday, I am trying to try as many of the product as I can. As I find I am on my feet most days at work, I tend to come home feeling absolutely shattered but then have another 'shift' to do looking after my daughter (and hubby!) so by the time 8 o clock comes, I have really tired and heavy legs. *Price & Availability:* Not many places stock Dr Hauschka, I tend to buy it from John Lewis online, what I like about John Lewis is they offer a wide variety of delivery options (evenings, next days, specific days and Saturdays all for reasonable prices). You can also buy online from Dr Hauschka direct at http://www.drhauschka.co.uk where delivery is free if you spend over £40 but the delivery options are not as flexible and larger department store like House of Fraser, Jessops etc also stock some of their products. The product costs around £24.95 for a 100ml bottle. *How to use:* The toner comes in a clear glass bottle and the fluid has a consistency much like an oil. To use, simply unscrew the lid and shake a couple of sprinkles into you hand and then rub in a sweeping upwards motion into your legs and ankles (once you have taken the lid off, the bottle has a small hole in the top, much like a vinegar bottle which means the fluid comes out quite easily). Although this is oil, it absorbs really quickly and rubs in quite easily, I have before accidentally got a bit on my trousers and it has not stained or marked them. To use on your arms, just follow the same instructions however I tend to just use the product on my legs. *The brand:* What I like about this brand is that they use completely natural ingredients and do not test on any animals. Also, they boast that where possible, they try and obtain most of their ingredients from certified biodynamic and organic sources. *My opinion:* I find that applying this oil is quite soothing, relaxing and love the fact after a long day I can have a bit of 'me' time. Once applied, my legs feel nice and fresh, although they still ache, they do not feel as heavy as before I applied. The only downside for me is the fragrance, I tend to prefer fruity smells however this does smell quite herby - I know that this is what I should expect as the clue is really in the name, I just wish they did this product in Lemon as I love the their lemon fragranced range. Having said that, the fragrance is quite subtle and within around 15 minutes of using, I can no longer smell the product. The product states it helps tone the legs and improves circulation, I cannot say this is really the case but then again, a lot of products promise this and I don't think many of them will actually achieve this on there own without a healthy diet and exercise routine. Overall, I would give 3 out of 5 stars, it does feel like quite a nice luxurious product but I have tried similar products in the past with a nicer fragrance (in my opinion), offer the same results but cost less money.
