Jet Set Radio (DC):
... Set Radio is the European version of the Japanesse skating game Jet Grind Radio. The game involves roller skating around cityscapes and graffiting walls and vehicles. The level designs utilising the cel-shaped style are superb and a nice smooth cartoon look which is a nice change to the realstic style of other skating games. This style also benefits the gameplay which is fun and visually exciting as you skate aro... Read the full review: Fun And Visually Impressive But Difficult by ajvivian |

Sonic Adventure (DC) ... Adventure for the Sega Dreamcast was the first outing for the spikey haired blue hedgehog that enbraced the 3Dimensional roaming of the next generation consoles, and whilst Sonic s adventure into a 3D gameplay is excting and visually impressive, its a shame the Sega forgot about overall gameplay. Playing in first person you cut between tedious world-roaming intersections to find action levels, and the action levels themselves are flawed by too much holding down the joypad and going full speed doing nothing much else. There is also the constant camera-angle changes that make some parts of the action levels almost impossible, juttering around anywhere other than where... Shenmue (DC) ... Game Shenmue is a gem of the Dreamcast. If you own a Dreamcast this is the number 1 game to own! This game was so innovative for it s time, and coined the genre "FREE" due to the freedom the player has in this game. Real life event s are portrayed in the game such as sleeping, eating etc. Aswell as that, the game creates a unique and excellent quest line, searching for the characters dead father s killers. The game introduces early examples of Quick Time Event s and area s can be explored without furthering the quest line. This game has alot to offer, and for it s time was an amazing game. But the game might be boring for some gamer s as the game doesn t get... Read the full review: Superb Dreamcast Title! Must Buy! by Totoro86 |

Sonic Adventure (DC) ... game has two different level types. Adventure stages and action stages. The adventure stages are for general play. These stages give the game an rpg type feel, which is not typical of Sonic games. Having said that, i had hoped for a Sonic rpg for a long time. So was initially pleased to see this. Being able to wander around freely at a relaxed pace, and even talk to people. The graphics seemed nice, and it was quite enjoyable for a while. But the novelty soon wore off. Although you encounter a number of levels early on in the game, they don t keep coming. There is alot of going back and forth, using the same levels. It isn t very adventurous, or rewarding. The oth... Read the full review: It's not, bad but still disappoints. by fantiquitous |
