shuttlex Shenmue (DC): ... the time of the release of the Dreamcast many popular titles were promised for the system. However most of the hits were either direct arcade ports or variations of the original arcade version. Developed by Yuu Suzuki, Shenmue was the most anticipated and truly innovative title to reach the Dreamcast system. Most impressive was the use of 3D environments and freedom of movement. Today gamers tend to be rathe...

BTlover D 2 (DC)
... for the faint of heart, children, or people who don t like a really deep story with their games, D2 is a rare piece of work that demands your absolute attention. Like Konami s excellent Silent Hill, some people out there will hate this game simply because it doesn t fit their perceptions of what an adventure or horror game should be. And that s just what makes it such a classic. What other game has you fighting against a screaming mad, metal masked winged old woman as she plays Mozart on her violin? Or hunting rabbits and larger game for the meals you need to survive? That s only a tiny fraction of the things you ll experience here, should you be willing to give this ...

Wolfzilla Evil Dead Hail To The King (DC)
... funny to think that Sam Raimi’s The Evil Dead and it’s two sequels have maintained a cult following for years, but it wasn’t until the formative years of this decade that merchandise based upon the 3 movies and their iconic main character, Ashley J. ‘Ash’ Williams, as portrayed by Bruce Campbell, has flown onto the shelves. Released in the year 2000 for the PlayStation and Dreamcast, for which it was one of my first games, Hail To The King was not actually the first videogame based upon Raimi’s movies, as a long forgotten Commodor...

Goldensummit Sonic Adventure 2 (DC)
... review is about Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, there are loads of functions for this game, and loads of other Sonic games. In this you go through the game level by level, and you do battles in some, with all 3D areas. There are battles with Egg Man (the main bad guy), and then you can battle Shadow (Sonic, but a test experiment) which you do at the end, depending which side you decide to choose. There are two sides, the Light side, which is Sonic and his team, which is Tails, and Knuckles, and then there is Dark Side, which is Shadow, Egg man and Rouge. They are both good, they have their own stories, but they both end up to the same destination. There are many levels, a...
