I have to admit to be party to a certain amount of insider info on this game, and while i thought initially it was going to be a real sell out, it actually looks OK. Sure it will be aimed at that age group of 6-12 yr olds but that's never stopped me before. i mean Space Channel 5 rocks and i'm not a japanese girl under 10, but that could be the short skirts...anyway getting off the point. The screens and the small bits of gameplay that I have seen on Chicken Run look good. Its dark, moody and the game play is somewhere between Tomb Raider and Toy Story 2. I can't expect it will rival the former but the latter is an OK game (altho i completed it in 4 ... Read the complete review

well, it seems as though Eidos have finally gone completely mad (either this or they've been very clever) as they are to publish the new Chicken Run game which should hit the shelves by Christmas - and hopefully everyone will buy it. Why will they buy it? Well, for starters the graphics/ screenshots look pretty good, and it will be based primarily for Kids, so expect the game to have some promotion because every child under 12 will probably want this game. In my view the game won't be very exciting, but from the details that have already emerged, the game will have some form of weaponary - yes you'll be able to throw sprouts instead of shoot rockets or throw ...
