Advantages: Amazing game
Disadvantages: none
Crazy Taxi, the original, is one of the best Dreamcast games that you will probably ever play, if you do indeed ever play it. And there are reasons for this, but I'm not going to bother telling you. Just kidding! Crazy Taxi was released around 16 months ago in the UK and sold very well indeed for Sega on their Dreamcast, so well that it's now on the PlayStation2 as well, and is still selling highly on that machine. The main idea is to guide your cabbie around the city - very San Francisco like - in either Arcade or Original mode and pick up as many passengers as you can, taking them to the destination. You're gonna have to be quick though as there're buildings, crazy pedestrians, other drivers and all sorts in your way! It's a madcap adventure and one that you will not want to stop playing for a long while. So the idea in taking loads of passngers round in a virtual game? Well it's all about fun - the graphics are sensational and the music is brilliant, the gameplay is flawless and everything Crazy Taxi is the nuts. Choose a car and driver, then choose your time limit - then make as many trips as you can in order to get as much cash as possible! It's such a fantastically simple idea, that it actually works well. CRaZy TaXi has some likeable characters too - BD Joe, Gus, Axel and Gena will be there to select, each person's car has it's own qualites and features. Very much worth the £20 that you should easily be able to pick it up for. If you are a Dreamcast owner and do not own this game, then you should seriously be considering what is wrong with you!!! thanks Jester
