Dreamcast failed to live up to its hype (Dreamcast in general)

Advantages: Nice looking console

Disadvantages: Less games caused people not to buy it

The Dreamcast was a console which came out to compete with the likes of the Nintendo and Sony. It was made with a good design and the controllers featured unique designs. The console look was very good but it became a failure after just a short while on the market.

The console went down because the prices for the consoles were high. Not only this but there were only a few games available for the console. It was like there was limited games available for the console so people just did not bother buying this console.

I did pick this console up and found the graphics on the console to be very good. Some of the graphics were just stunning but the controls of some games were not right. A lot of the games had glitches on them and with the games for the console decreasing I ended up giving my console back to GAME were I got it from.

Dreamcast in general was a decent console it just never got going when it came out. If they had released it a little later and put a lot of games in the market it could have been a hit console. It did have a unique style but at the end the console failed to live up to its hype.
