Advantages: Far better choice of games.

Disadvantages: aaarrrgghhh - no FIFA

After all this hype about the PS2, lets look at the facts. Dreamcast has had no problems since the day of release ulike the PS2. Also, you can buy a DC off the shelf. On to grafix, lets compare Tekken Tag on PS2 & Soul Calibur on DC, (both Namco), Tekken has 2d backdrops just like earlier playstation versions yet Soul Calibur has full 3d backdrops. Tekken, like most PS2 titles, is no where near as crisp a display as anything the Dreamcast has to offer. Dreamcast is also half the price of the PS2. Dreamcast also has loads of original titles in it's line up of games instead of the PS2's stream of endless sequels. I'm sorry Sony but more titles does not mean more choice. Quality and originality of gameplay means more choice, and Dreamcast has this. Yes i would agree that Sega have in the past had a name for themselves not unlike Atari's, But you have to agree that they have listened to the complains and mistakes concerning past consoles and fixed everything. I was always a huge fan of the playstation, hated Sega machines but I am the first to admit, now there's only one sensible console buying choice.....and thats DREAMCAST!!!
