Metropolis Street Racer (DC):
... Gran Turismo had a certifiable foothold on the racing game market in the late 90s and early 00s, the one viable antidote to this was the Dreamcast s Metropolis Street Racer, which not only boasted splended visuals, but a deep single player mode that rivalled that of GT. The series did outlive the Dreamcast, also, renamed as Project Gotham Racing on the X-Box. The game is best remembered for its "Kudos&... Read the full review: Amazing racing game by shaneo632 |

Crazy Taxi (DC) ... Dreamcast was a true gaming tragedy - it had so many fantastic games, such as Crazy Taxi, but still floundered, and thus remains considered "too ahead of its time". That said, Crazy Taxi is a devilishly simple game that was a considerable hit upon its release, and has seen sequels released on the PS2, GameCube, and Xbox. The idea of a taxi driving sim might not sound like the most invigorating thing possible, but trust me - this one throws out the rule book, making this a frenzied, visually impressive, off the wall racing game, where your goal is simply to pick up and drop off fares within the allotted time. Simple enough? Well, there s enough obstacles and... Read the full review: Crazily addictive by shaneo632 |

Crazy Taxi (DC) ... love this game! It was my favourite game on the Sega dreamcast and the sountrack even today plays back in my head sometimes and reminds me of my childhood. I recieved a Dreamcast for Christmas one year and unfortunately the game it came with, sonic, didn t work. I took sonic back and exchanged it for crazy taxi, which out of all of the games I bought remained my favourite game. The game is quite original. You play a taxi driver and you have to drive around the city, picking up customers and getting them to their destination is as quick a tie as possible. One of the most popular destinations for example was "The Original Levi s Store". When you re time limit r... Read the full review: My Favourite Dreamcast Game. by CokaCola |

Looney Tunes Space Race (DC) ... Tunes Space Race is a fantically fun and crazy racing game similar in format to the classic Mario Kart game. Playing as many of the Warner Bros Looney Tunes Characters such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd (Marvin the Martian and Porky Pig are unlockable) you race around a collection of crazy and inventive worlds each with two unique courses. Each character has its own personal vehicle such as Wile E Coyote s ACME Rocket and Sylvester s scooter and you are equipped with an array of fun weapons to attack your opponants with to win the race. The real success of this film is how well designed the characters and levels are; the Looney Tunes characters transfer ...
