Extreme Sports isn't a bad game either, it's an appalling game. Another one of Sega Sport's blunders, Sega Extreme Sports is about as extreme as a glass of water. The only plus points here are the visuals which do seem fairly good, aside from the obvious frame rate buggies, and lack of weather effects. It's an inexpensive game for a reason, it's so poor that hardly anyone bought it, therefore it's been reduced to a very 'good' price, but I'd say don't pay more than £5, or you will have yourself thinking you've wasted your money.
