Advantages: Good atmosphere, low price, well thought out missions, not Americanised .

Disadvantages: Difficult Controls, glitches, a couple more levels would be good .

---Overview---

Set in 1941 you control a group of four men and you have to guide them through enemy ground to undertake covert missions. Based around the special forces of World War 2 it has many authentic features such as weapons, vehicles and uniforms.

---Price---

Well your probably not going to find it new now, but its widely available in second-hand stores for around £5.

---Graphics---

Dated now, but quite workable. They manage to create the right atmosphere of the war time era. A bit boxy in areas and the are quite a few glitches with men falling into out of bound areas, walking thorugh walls and falling off the game landscape. Overall though they are solid and allow the game to be played efficiently

---Music---

Good soundtrack with a film like feeling, sound effects are decent enough although too loud and too quiet at times. A bit more ambient background music would have been welcome too although it manages to do weather sounds well.

---Controls---

There are too many commands in the game and too few buttons on the Dreamcast which makes controlling the characters complex at times. If you can get hold of a keyboard and mouse for the console do it as it makes it so much easier. (You can pick them up for about £5).

---Playability---

The missions are very well planned out, with a briefing, kit out and troop selection before proceeding. They get progressively harder although the odd one or too seem a bit too easy toward the end. Snipering is fun (in a sick way) as is coordinating your troops later, however they frequently tend to not carry out orders fully (this is not down to a built in human emotion AI, but to the fact that the computer will lead your men the wrong way and end up leading them to their deaths which is all too annoying at times as well as being amusing too).

---Conclusion---

If you still own a Dreamcast and are still buying games for it and like World War 2 strategy games this is the one for you. Frustrating at moments, but ultimately rewarding its not too American orientated like Medal of Honour. The longevity of the game is good, but I personally would have prefered a few more levels to round the game off with a bang.
