Finally, I have completed this blasted game and I can return to normal life. Those were my first thoughts as the end credits rolled across my TV screen. For the last 2 weeks I had been playing Resident Evil Code Veronica almost every spare waking hour, trying to work my way through its tricky puzzles and flesh-eating zombie filled levels. Astonishing, the success of the Resident Evil franchise has meant a Dreamcast incarnation for our favourite brain eating zombiefied friends. What we have generally is more of the same, more puzzles, more shooting, more scares and loads of twists. The Dreamcast version expands on anything Resident Evil has had before by making it one of the finest looking games ever.
