I bought Sonic adventure with my Dreamcast two years ago. Here, Sonic is back to save the world again in his biggest adventure yet. The mad scientist Dr.Robotnik has found a way to harness pure evil from the chaos emeralds and destroy the world. Joined by his friends new and old, Sonic must stop Dr.Robotnik from obtaining all 7 chaos emeralds. Sonic on the Dreamcast, makes his debut in 3-D. Featuring signature high velocity action stages and adventure fields, Sonic’s adventures are only just beginning. This is a very fast game and it is one of the best games that you can purchase on the Dreamcast. The controls take some getting used to but when you know how to control Sonic, then it just comes naturally. Characters include Sonic, Tails, Knuckles Big, Amy and E-102. To complete the game you have to complete various action stages with all characters. Each character has a different goal that must be met in order to clear the action stages. A special feature of Sonic Adventure is that you can raise a unique species of creatures called “Chao”. This is basically a “virtual pet” that you first encounter in the form of an egg, which then hatches in the Chao Garden. I highly recommend this game, and you can buy it now for around £20 new or £10 pre-owned from Electronics Boutique or Computer Exchange.
