Advantages: Great game to herald the return of Sonic

Disadvantages: Doesn't last too long

I like many other people loved the original sonic games, and so rushed out and bought Sonic adventure on launch day. The first thing that strikes you about this game is the awesome graphics, and also the speed they move at. Sometimes it really makes you feel queasy playing as sonic burns around loops and all sorts of obstacles, however I didn't really expect anything less from a sonic game. The storyline and acting however is awful. The voice over's are straight out of resident evil(very cheesy!) ,and the story doesn't do the game any favours. Another bad thing is that the game really doesn't last very long, even though you can control loads of characters. Overall it is a very good platform game and has great graphics but is let down by a poor storyline ,acting and short lifespan.
