Tokyo Highway Challenge 2 is the sequel to Tokyo Xtreme Racer, where players felt that the original was a hit-and-miss game i.e. floaty handling. No.2 looks to put this right. For those new to Tokyo Challenge, its all about racing on the highway in Japan.
